  • First PM hired.

  • Built the product org, providing leadership to a team of PMs and mentorship for 20+ engineers and UI/UX designers.

  • Launched a next-generation web app builder for IoT solutions supporting circularity and sustainability, digital product passport, and anti-counterfeiting; rendering +1MM personalized consumer experiences per month.

  • Built, launched, and scaled a v.2.0 enterprise-grade connected product cloud; today digitally connecting over 100MM unique physical things globally.

  • Helped Blue Bite scale to acquisition by aligning product engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing to a disruptive product strategy driving +600% growth of MAUs and +300% in Blue Bite’s valuation.

  • Launched from 0-to-1 a CMS and Web builder platform used by internal industry teams to launch B2B2C consumer-grade web applications saving over 6200+ application development hours over a 2-year period.  

  • Drove consensus and delivery across UX, Eng, Sales, and support to launch a suite of Multi-tenant SaaS Cloud solutions; a B2B eCommerce platform (serving fashion, distribution, and manufacturing); and Citizen Engagement product (for local and state governments) cumulatively generating 20MM in ARR in the first 2 years from launch. 

  • Ran program management for horizontal integrations with in-house ERP’s and 3rd party PIM and CPQ solutions.

  • Evangelized consumer grade UI/UX design system standard adoption across Infor’s product groups.

  • Directed product marketing, launching new android and iOS apps in 11 languages across 12 international markets; achieving #1 overall free app in Google Play + iTunes.

  • Developed cross-channel user acquisition campaigns that drove as many as 1 million user signups over 7 days.

  • Set the marketing roadmap; managing a team of 5 marketers for user acquisition, PR, social media, and product.
