In late 2013 the creative lab was approached by the Infor Human Capital Management (HCM) team to concept a next generation performance review portal which could leverage other services within the Infor ecosystem and be built in an HTML5 environment leveraging more modern web controls.  

The goals of the project were to:

• Deliver a more intuitive and attractive user interface
• Leverage data which already exists across other applications in the HCM suite and present that information in a more visual and interactive way.
• Tap into other Infor services to provide more value add
